Hi everyone! We are so happy you are here. My name is Mariah Samela and I would like to introduce myself as the owner of Hair Drs as of June 2020. During the year of 2020, I have been working on rebranding my salon. Hair Drs has been an established unisex salon since 2000, offering family affordable prices(cash only) in a homey atmosphere for all. We are known for our family affordable prices. Every stylist here is a licensed professional providing years of experience. We all take pride in our work, we know that great communication is key to a successful hair experience. Treatments
Keratin treatment- $275 & up
Everyones hair is unique and we should embrace the natural fabric of our hair and never change it, just make it the best version of itself!
Enjoy up to 3 months of smooth, shiny and manageable hair. This keratin treatment instantly repairs damage, blocks humidity, eliminates frizz and cuts blow drying time in half!
Olaplex treatment- $20.
What is Olaplex? Olaplex rebuilds damaged bonds in your hair that are broken during a chemical service, which gives back the integrity of your hair. It is a professional product that can be added when lightening and coloring your hair when it is needed. OR can be used as a hair mask.
Protein treatment- $20.
Designed to boost hair with nutrients and proteins to help reconstruct and strengthen hair. Adding protein to your hair will keep your hair from feeling brittle and maintain your overall hair health.
Moisture treatment- $20
Designed to add moisture to help rehydrate and nourish dry hair. Adding moisture to your hair will help add shine and keep frizz under control.
Perms
Standard perm- $70 & up
Spiral and piggyback perm-consultation is require for booking and pricing. A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your appointment.

Hi everyone, my name is Mariah. I am the proud owner of Hair Drs. I am so happy to say my dream came true in June 2020. I work with a group of uniquely talented hairstylists, so I am confident there is a stylist here for you! As for me, I have been working behind the chair since 2013. I attended Oliver Wolcott Technical High School where I studied cosmetology for 4 years, then attended classes at the Torrington Beauty Academy for additional training. The salon is my second home. I love being at the salon, doing what I love. I believe communication and understanding my client is very important. I take the time to talk with each client so I am confident in knowing what they want. I truly enjoy helping my clients feel good about themselves and look there best! I specialize in color. I love creating lived in colors, baby lights, blonding, dimensional colors, color corrections and all new color trends. I also enjoy men’s and women’s cuts. Some of my favorites are bald fades, bobs, pixies, and textured cuts. When I am not at the salon, I enjoy spending time with my son Carson. He is my pride and joy! Summer is my favorite season. Hi, my name is Andrea! I graduated from New England school of hairdressing in Newington CT in 2004. I have been working behind the chair ever since and have been continuing my education by attending Tony and Guy hair academy in Manhattan NYC, color classes at the wella academy in NYC, and other various training all over CT and MA through goldwell, wella and TIGI. I love every part of hairdressing. I specialize in color corrections and fashion colors. I am up to date on all new color trends and foil placement. I especially love when a client wants a complete transformation done, it lets me bring out my creative side and I love seeing the before and after! When I am not in the salon, I am enjoying my time with my step son, Taven. I am a huge animal lover and enjoy being outside gardening! I have worked in the Hair industry and serviced throughout the Waterbury/ Litchfield Hills Area for over 30 years. I attended Connecticut Institute of Hair Design for my state license in "92" and graduated April of "93”. Throughout my career, I provided many services including Women and Mens hair cuts, barbering, coloring, foiling, perming, and up-dos. I also attended the OnRite Academy in Fort Lauderdale Florida where I then specialized in fine and thinning haircuts and styles. I enjoy doing all services and I love making folks feel good with great new looks. I feel great communication is key for a positive experienced. Outside of the salon when I am not being artistic, you will find me on the soccer field loving what I do best. Watching my kids play and grow. I have an equal balance of my career and my family which in return makes me a better person & stylist.. Hope to see you soonand have a great day.
